1. Who processes your data
The controller of the lomnio.sk website and the Lomnio platform is Studio TEM, s.r.o., registered at Nobelovo nám. 1173/8, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 51263785, tax ID (DIČ) 2120654921, VAT ID SK2120654921, entered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, Section Sro, File No. 125026/B.

2. What data we process and why
Demo requests and communication
When you fill in the form or email us, we process your first and last name, work email, company name, number of projects and the content of our communication. We use this data to contact you, schedule and prepare your demo, and answer your questions.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in business communication with companies interested in Lomnio (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep the data for the duration of our communication and no longer than 24 months after the last contact. If you become a client, we continue processing it under the contract.
Website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect data on how you use the website: pages visited, traffic source, device and browser type, and approximate location. We do not use this data to identify you.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We retain Google Analytics data for 14 months.
Ad measurement and targeting
With your consent, we use Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag. They help us measure whether our ads work and show them to people who have visited our website.

3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who work for us and process the data according to our instructions:
- hosting and server infrastructure provider,
- email service provider,
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads), if you have given consent,
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel), if you have given consent,
- LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (LinkedIn Insight Tag), if you have given consent.
With Google, Meta and LinkedIn services, data may be transferred to the USA. These companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognizes as providing an adequate level of protection.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk. Visitors from Czechia can also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we change the tools used on the website. The current version is always published on this page.
